We have quality control measures set in place at every step in the production process. Woven fabric is closely checked for defects, and any defects found are removed before dyeing. After dyeing, each roll is carefully checked for further defects, including those arising from the dyeing process, and is then graded accordingly. Fabric color and finishing are also checked to ensure they are within tolerances before being delivered to the customer. For finished goods, quality control measures are set in place throughout the production process at our partner garment factories, and the final product is checked again to ensure specifications are met and no defects are present before delivery. The same goes for all our bio-plastics products.
